Privacy Policy

Effective date: 5 June 2026  ·  Last updated: 5 June 2026

1 · Who we are

GrowthOS is a B2B enterprise growth practice operated by Fernando Chocano, based in Guatemala City, Guatemala, serving clients across Latin America, the United States, and Canada (the "Practice," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through growthospartner.com and in the course of providing our services.

For any privacy question or request, contact us at contact@growthospartner.com.

2 · Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Details you submit through our discovery / contact forms — such as your name, work email, company, role, and your answers to qualification questions.
  • The content of any email or message you send us.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic technical and usage data (such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed) gathered through cookies and similar technologies, used to operate and improve the site.

Client service data

  • When you engage us, we process the information needed to deliver the agreed services, including data you authorize us to access on your behalf (see Section 4).

3 · How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries, assess fit, and schedule discovery calls.
  • To provide, operate, and improve our services and reporting.
  • To communicate with you about your inquiry or engagement.
  • To maintain security and comply with legal obligations.

Where required by law, we rely on your consent, our legitimate interest in operating the Practice, or the performance of a contract as the basis for processing. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4 · Data accessed through advertising & analytics platforms

As part of our services, and only with the explicit authorization of the relevant client, we connect to third-party advertising and analytics platforms — including Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics), LinkedIn, and TikTok — to retrieve campaign, advertising, and performance data on that client's behalf.

Limited use of platform data

  • Data obtained through these platforms' APIs is used solely to provide reporting, analysis, and optimization to the client who authorized the connection.
  • We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising to other parties or for any purpose unrelated to the agreed services.
  • Access is limited to the narrowest scope needed (read-only / reporting wherever possible) and is restricted to authorized personnel.
  • A client may revoke access at any time, and we delete the associated data on request.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and to the equivalent platform terms of Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

5 · Service providers we use

We share personal data only as needed with trusted providers that process it on our behalf, under appropriate safeguards:

  • HubSpot — CRM and web forms.
  • Google — scheduling, analytics, and advertising tools.
  • Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok — advertising and analytics (client-authorized, per Section 4).
  • Netlify — website hosting.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6 · International transfers

We operate from Guatemala and work with providers located in other countries, including the United States. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy and applicable law.

7 · Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, to maintain our relationship with you, or to meet legal obligations — after which it is deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see Section 8).

8 · Your rights & how to exercise them

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability.

To make a request — including to delete your data or revoke a platform connection — email contact@growthospartner.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

9 · Cookies

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to function correctly, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect how the site works.

10 · Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the information entrusted to us.

11 · Children

Our site and services are intended for businesses and professionals. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

12 · Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
